Also to add onto what was done, you'll note the attacker's fingers come slightly off the body as the downward counter is being applied.
This would be a great place to grab fingers for a finger lock by the returning hand. Especially, since that hand is already returning, has a base against the ribs and once grabbed will have the proper angle and direction to apply a finger lock to drop the person (more of course).
