Using Traditional Movements Continues (on and on and...)

I'm back to answering Ken's question about the use of traditional movements.

  1. Also to add onto what was done, you'll note the attacker's fingers come slightly off the body as the downward counter is being applied.

    This would be a great place to grab fingers for a finger lock by the returning hand. Especially, since that hand is already returning, has a base against the ribs and once grabbed will have the proper angle and direction to apply a finger lock to drop the person (more of course).

    Just always looking to improve efficiency of movement! Thanks for that post, it is very educational!
